What ROSSO sells

Warranty, returns and shipping

• Warranty: 2 years, as listed on the product page.
• Returns: the store shows a "30-day money back guarantee" banner, but its returns policy (last updated 8 September 2026) says the mask is final sale for hygiene reasons, not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, even if unopened. What we'd weigh up

• In its favour on paper: three listed wavelengths, a full-face LED layout, a timer, cordless use, eye inserts in the box and a 2-year warranty.
• Think about first: it's final sale, so you can't return it if you simply don't like it. The marketing on ROSSO's site goes further than current evidence for at-home red light. We'd treat those claims with caution. The blue light mode needs extra care around the eyes.

Eye safety

Face devices sit close to your eyes, so this matters more than with a pad or belt. Never look straight into the LEDs. Use the eye shields or inserts the maker supplies and keep your eyes closed during a session. Blue light settings (around 450 nm) deserve extra care around the eyes. If you have an eye condition, take medication that affects your eyes, or have had eye surgery, ask an eye doctor before using any face device. Stop if your eyes feel uncomfortable or your vision changes.
